Currently working with individuals and couples who are seeking an insurance-free space to explore problems and quickly find solutions. The goal is for therapy services to be quick, effective, discrete, and efficient so you may move forward with your life. Specific problems that cause internal and emotional conflict (individually and relationally), indecision regarding life transitions, and the need to make decisions with concrete deadlines are common themes addressed.

Part of taking this client-centered approach to therapy services, means services can be tailored without insurance involvement. Having the ability to develop an immediate and personalized plans, and provide sessions that average in 90 to 120 minutes allows for an effective and efficient approach to address your needs so you can move on as quickly as possible. My goal is to not keep you in therapy, and to allow you the space to heal as quickly as possible.
